About Coach Tee & Dynasty Academy

Hello and thank you for visiting Dynasty Academy. I’m Tuwan Baldwin also known as Coach Tee, welcome to my passion, teaching kids confidence through sports. I hope you enjoy the ride! Born and raised in Elgin IL with parents from Wynne, Arkansas. God, discipline/structure and hard work were the focal points of my childhood. Quickly I learned hard work pays off! Period! No secret to it just hard work. 

That upbringing helped me in all sports as a child. Baseball, basketball and football. I was blessed to play with some great talent across this beautiful nation. Hearing some of their stories made me APPRECIATE my life a lot more! So I’m just a local kid who graduated from Larkin High school with a dream to put his city on the map for more than high school accomplishments. Further than that!

In 2012 I thought it was time to create something to help the mind, body and soul of student athletes in our area. Help them dream for something besides the league. In hopes that I could help kids get to and through college! Welcome Dynasty Academy!

Dynasty Academy started out as a training option for kids in all major sports in Tempe, Arizona. It has also evolved over the years into something like a Sports School for training life not just competitive sports. Training kids in Discipline, Structure, Hard Work, Integrity and having FUN! Those 5 pillars lead Dynasty Academy in our every day activities within our community. We train with LOVE & PATIENCE. Making sure each child UNDERSTANDS what they need to do, why they need to do it and how to do it for higher chances of success. Thanking God, we have a high success rate!
